Our house: accommodation built for a team of 10 to 20

11 people housed without anyone sharing a bed

The house has 9 private suites, each with its own bathroom, desk and individual key: up to 9 participants, nobody shares their bedroom or their en-suite shower room. Beyond that, in seminar configuration, that means 7 single-occupancy bedrooms and 2 twin bedrooms — the latter have a double bed and a single sofa bed, so nobody shares a bed. That is 11 participants housed, and up to 20 sleeping places if the group is happy to share the double beds.

Unlike a hotel, there is no hierarchy between rooms: everyone is on equal footing, with their own bathroom. A hotel twin never gives you that.

Modular workspaces

Your home adapts to your needs:

Kitchen and its big table: the most beautiful room in the house, and the real workspace. The table seats 16 people, and 20 by pulling up the two high bistro tables from the sunroom — perfect for a plenary, a design sprint, a strategic breakfast or a working lunch. The whole group works seated indoors, heated, all year round.
Living room: heated year-round, with a large smart TV and an HDMI input — everyone plugs in their laptop for a presentation or a debrief. It is also the room for informal discussions and co-working sessions.
Zen space: calm, bright room for brainstorms and small-group workshops, April to October — it is unheated, so it does not replace the big table in winter.
Enclosed 90 m² south-facing garden: the large tables seat 20 people in the warm season, for lunch or working in the sun from April to September.
Sunroom: extends the living room and kitchen, with two high bistro tables for side conversations in twos or fours, a coffee corner and an aperitif corner to catch your breath between sessions.
Private bedrooms: everyone can retreat for a client call, quiet writing or a movie on the smart TV to decompress.

We do not provide meeting equipment: no flipchart, no whiteboard, no video projector. The living room does however have a large smart TV with an HDMI input, which replaces the projector for most presentations.

High-speed Wi-Fi

High-speed Wi-Fi throughout the house, for seamless video calls, uploads or file sharing.

Gym + zen space = recovery

Seminars are intense. A morning cardio session or a mindful break between workshops makes all the difference for productivity. Everything is on-site, no need to find a gym in town.

Example 2-day seminar programme

Day 1 — Arrival & team bonding

9 am: arrival possible at Le Mans TGV station (early check-in from 9.30 am subject to availability — we confirm at booking)
9.30-11 am: move-in, welcome coffee, kickoff briefing in the living room or around the big kitchen table
11 am-1 pm: first work session in the zen room or around the big table
1 pm: lunch at the house (meal tray or caterer)
2-5 pm: deep work session (strategic brainstorm, annual objectives…)
5.30-7 pm: transfer to the circuit → karting or F1 simulator (2 h team-building activity)
8 pm: return to the house, dinner together in the kitchen-sunroom area
Evening free: living room, outing to Bistrot des Jacobins, or everyone can retreat to their own bedroom to work or relax with a movie on the smart TV

Day 2 — Workshops & closing

8-9 am: breakfast at the house (Lancelot bakery is 7 min away)
9 am-12 pm: workshops (design thinking, OKRs, action plans) in zen room + living room
12.30 pm: lunch at Le Terminus Gourmand (terrace opposite the station)
2-4 pm: track baptism or 24 Hours Museum visit
4-5 pm: return to the house, final debrief in the living room
5-6 pm: check-out, walk to the station, TGV departure

Indicative accommodation rate

Whole-house rental for a team of 10 to 12, 2 nights: ~€150-250/night/person depending on season (excl. circuit activities and catering). Compare that with 10 equivalent 3-4★ hotel rooms, on top of which you still have to rent a meeting room — here the workspace comes with the house.
