• Living room: cosy, heated year-round, perfect for informal discussions, co-working sessions or relaxed debriefs.
• Sunroom: extends the living room and kitchen for more breathing space between sessions.
• Private bedrooms: everyone can retreat for a client call, quiet writing or a movie on the smart TV to decompress.

Example 2-day seminar programme

Day 1 — Arrival & team bonding

• 9 am: arrival possible at Le Mans TGV station (early check-in from 9.30 am subject to availability — we confirm at booking)
• 9.30-11 am: move-in, welcome coffee, kickoff briefing in the living room or around the kitchen central island
• 11 am-1 pm: first work session in the zen room or around the kitchen island
