There is no dedicated meeting room. Work sessions take place around the big kitchen table, which seats 16 (20 with the veranda bistro tables), and the heated living room hosts debriefs and presentations with its large smart TV and HDMI input. The zen room and garden provide extra space in the warm season; the zen room is unheated.
Does everyone get their own bedroom?+
7 participants get a bedroom to themselves and 2 bedrooms take 2 people each, with a double bed and a single sofa bed — nobody shares a bed. All 9 bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom, a desk and an individual key.
Where can we park?+
Free street parking on Rue Henri Barbusse and adjacent streets, with no permit and no parking meter. No space is reserved or guaranteed: on event days the street fills up, so the train or car-sharing is the safer choice.
How do we get there from Paris?+
Le Mans TGV station is 55 min from Paris-Montparnasse, then 10 minutes on foot to the house. No transfer to arrange, no taxi to book.
Are meals included?+
No, but the kitchen is fully equipped and local caterers deliver breakfast, lunch and dinner on site. City-centre restaurants are within walking distance.
Can we get an invoice in the company's name?+
Yes: professional invoice and payment by bank transfer. Booking is direct, with no platform commission.
